Hello to all my lovely Daisies! I hope everyone had a nice weekend and is enjoying doing some of the activities. I spotted some very interesting looking clouds outside my house in Tipperary today. I wonder if any of the weather experts in the class might know what the names of these type of clouds are or what they mean? Have a look outside today and see what the clouds are like outside your own house.

Exciting News!!!
Maisie has told me some very exciting news that she wants to share with the class. She has a new baby brother and his name is Archie. Archie is only a few days old so he is teaching Maisie a lot about the value of responsibility. Maisie is helping out at home and is learning some new skills to help take care of Archie. She is learning how to hold him, how to change his nappy and his clothes, how to make sure he is safe and she is making sure to give him lots of cuddles to let him know that she loves him!

Maisie and Sadie are doing a fantastic job as big sisters so far, well done girls! He is a very lucky boy to have you looking after him. Nice to meet you Archie, from Ms Hassett and all the Daisies!

I hope everyone is keeping well. I am really enjoying hearing about all you have been doing at home and seeing pictures you have sent in. Some great work being done and fun being had at home from what I can see. I know that some children and parents may be feeling anxious at the moment as we have never been in this situation before and there is alot of uncertainty about when we will return to school. Take each day as it comes and make sure to do activities that you enjoy each day.

Mojo from our Class Dojo account has shared a very simple breathing exercise with me, which is very calming and is helpful if you feel worried about anything. He also sent me a picture for you to use if you are ever having a bad day, which everyone has sometimes.

Hi everyone, I hope you are all getting up to fun activities at home while we are off school. I know this is a very confusing time for you and it's hard not being able to see your friends every day. It's very strange for me too, not being able to see you and hear all of your stories. Don't worry, everything should be just as we left it in our classroom -  unless the reading buddies have thrown a party while we are gone! I hope they are keeping our library tidy for us! I'm really enjoying seeing all of your pictures so far and hearing what you have been up to, keep them coming! I will keep this post updated with more pictures as soon as I get them! :) Look after yourselves and stay safe.
