The boys & girls in Room 10 have been working so hard already this year! One of our favourite things to do in school is going outside and to the playground!
We love having fun and playing together.

This month, in November, we are learning about 'Growth Mindset'- this means believing that your brain can grow and learn anything that you want it to. The opposite is a fixed mindset – if you believe that you are not able to learn new things and you are going to stay the same as you are right now.

Hello everyone! Take a look at some of the wonderful things we have learned about from September to Halloween! We learned all about Construction and Building in September. We learned about what happens on a building site, what materials and clothes you need to be a builder, and we also did some designing and building of our own with Junk Art, blocks and lego. One of our favourite stories we have read so far is 'The Little Red Hen' and we made some Little Red Hen Art too. We LOVE reading in Room 10 and practice reading every day. We have DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) Time once a week and we get to explore lots of lovely new books. Practice at home is very important too!
