I hope you all had a lovely Easter break and I have no doubt there was lots of chocolate eaten over the holidays. I can't believe we are already in term 3 time really is flying by. Before the holidays I received some more photos of children in our class working hard at home and getting on great with their families. Keep sending me your photos so you can show the rest of The Primroses some of the activities you have been doing. It's great to see that we have such an active class. Also Martina has asked me to say a big hello from her and I've no doubt she is missing you all very much too.

Áine checking in

Áine says a big hello to all the boys and girls in our class. How cool is her Space project, can you think of two questions you would like to ask Áine about her project? With all the great sunshine we have been getting Áine decided to do her maths activities outdoors, what a great idea!

Nina says a big hello to all the boys and girls in her class. She has been busy creating her Science space project, fishing with her brother Nathan, baking coconut buns with her Dad and getting some exercise with Joe Wicks. Well done Nina I bet those coconut buns tasted great!

Eoin is keeping busy

Eoin was very active over his Easter break. He enjoyed activities such as playing football with his Dad, flying his drone, making Easter crafts, exercising, making a fort in his bedroom, baking and sending a lovely postcard to his Grandparents. What a great idea for keeping in touch with our loved ones that we can't visit during this time.

Hello to all in 2nd class Primroses who are busy learning from home. It's a very strange feeling sending you all work online but it's so lovely to see that you are having fun while doing some of the activities. This week you were asked to try and make a time clock, a weather clock, a bingo game for everyone in your family, create a timeline, enjoy some baking and even do some project work. I know you've had a busy week and I was delighted to get some photos from your parents showing how active you've been. Enjoy checking out what your friends have been up to.
