Lá Fhéile Bríde

St. Brigid’s Day, 1st February: Today, we held a ceremony for our school community and gathered together to celebrate the life and work of St. Brigid. We also took an opportunity during our gathering to support the global Pause for Peace as requested by our Patron, Bishop Denis Nulty, which saw our pupils and staff stop for one minute to pray for peace in our world. Thank you to everyone involved in today’s gathering. Next week, Monday, 5th February will see our school closed for a public Bank Holiday to celebrate St. Brigid.
