The Heathers- Our Classbook

As a class we brainstormed topics to write about for Our Classbook. We voted to decide the topic and then everyone took their own perspective on the topic to write their story. As we had decided to write about time travel, the decision was made to call our book Turning The Pages of Time. Each child brainstormed ideas for their story. We drafted, edited, drafted, edited until we were happy with the final product. Once our stories were complete, we illustrated them. Some children drew a mock-up of the cover and the class voted for which one would be the final piece. Once everything was written and illustrated, we sent the pack away to CJ Fallon and waited excitedly for the books to return in their published glory! And here they are! ​
