Well done to Lucy for always showing respect towards others, for your excellent efforts in your work and for working hard on your handwriting.

Our value of the week is respect. Respect means that we care enough to consider how our words and actions affect others. It is very important to treat other the people the same way we want to be treated. We worked very hard on our reindeer portraits. We followed drawing directions very carefully to draw them and painted them. When we were finished we added the snow and some glitter. They turned out amazing. We have also been busy working on Christmas acrostic poems.
We went on a shape hunt outside to see what shapes we would find. We also cut, folded and sorted shapes according to how many sides, vertices and lines of symmetry they had. We made some very creative pictures using different 2D shapes and symmetry too. Well done to all the boys and girls!
We have been learning about data, how to collect it in different ways as well as how to present our findings using a tally chart, pictogram and block graph.
Hard at work creating winter pictures using a mixture of tools including oil pastels, chalk, colouring pencils and crayons. Everyone did an amazing job!
