The children in Fourth Class are very busy with both guitar and dance lessons and also preparing Science experiments for a trip we will be taking at the beginning of March! Here are a couple photos of our very first dance lesson. 

The children in the Violets have settled back into school routine so well after the Christmas holidays. Over the past two weeks we have been doing a lot of revision in Maths and Geography and we have begun reading non-fiction books as part of guided reading, which everybody is enjoying. We have also been putting all of our knowledge of Gaeilge into practice to create abairtí íontacha. In Science we have been learning about the Eye and carrying out simple experiments to determine if two eyes are in fact better than one. Don has been back in teaching us guitar tunes and we have been creating monoprint mandalas in Art. It has been a busy fortnight!
