This week the Clovers have been looking at the school environment through Maths Eyes and have come up with some questions about the pictures above. Perhaps you could work out the answers? Or even add some of your own questions! :)

Flower patch:
If you have 6 worms in each quarter of soil how many worms in full area?
If you add 7 more worms how many in total?
If you have 7 tulips but x7 that amount will be delivered, you also get a surprise delivery of 2x7 as many tulips how many in total now?
1f there are 30,000 grains of soil in 1/10 of the space. How many in 10/10 of the space.
There were 11 flowers, each flower had 6 pollen how much pollen was collected from the flowers by the bees?

Number 1:
What is the perimeter of this square if each side is 7cm?
What is the area of the square if each side is 7cm long?

SeeSaw:
If the seesaw takes 5 seconds to go up/down and this distance is 74cm each time, what distance have you covered in  three minutes?
If the distance from up to down is 22cm what distance have you covered if you go up and down 7times?

Bughouse:
If there are 80 holes in the bug house and 111 bugs, how many more holes are needed?
Are the lines oblique or perpindicular?

Scarecrows:
How many scarecrows in total, multiply that number by 5 and then multiply by 8?
