Thank you to everyone who has paid the G.P. Fee. Journals will be distributed to all children in 1st class to 6th class who have paid part/all of their GP fee on Friday next 15th September. Please note final date for payment of GP fee is Friday 22nd September 2017. If you are unable to meet this deadline please contact the school office immediately.
From Monday next September 11th Junior Infants classes will finish at 1.30pm. Many thanks for your cooperation.

School Mass: will take place on Wednesday morning next 13th September at 9am in the school hall. Parents/guardians are welcome to attend, but very limited seating.
Parents Information Night
We are holding our Parents Information night on Tuesday evening 19th September., Full information in next week’s Thursday note.
Parent’s Association AGM will take place on Wednesday 27th September at 8pm in Scoil na Naomh Uilig. All parents are very welcome to attend
Car Park / Basketball Courts
Now that the children are settling in so well, we ask parents not to enter the basketball courts in the mornings and leave as soon as possible after dropping off their children. Please note, for health and safety reasons, pedestrians cannot use main gate entering the school in the morning and we remind everyone to please use the footpaths throughout the campus.
The set down area near the main front door is for people who have a parking permit only.
Swimming for 5th & 6th Class only
Swimming begins on Friday next 15th Sept for Ms Mullally/Ms Doherty’s 6th class and Ms Egan’s 5th class. A note indicating the cost of your child’s swimming lessons will be sent home tomorrow. This amount must be paid before next Friday 15th Sept. If you have difficulty with payment please contact the office.
School Uniform: All children must be in correct uniform. A note must be sent into school explaining why a child is wearing incorrect uniform. In the event of repeated offences, parents will be contacted and asked to remove the child from school and return them in the correct uniform
Reminder of Scoil na Naomh Uilig Dress Requirements
- Pupils are required to wear dark, leather, flat shoes. Please note canvas shoes/runners are not permitted on uniform days. Tracksuits should be worn on allocated P.E. days and for safety purposes runners are required.
- Hair is to be of natural colour only. Shaved designs are not permitted. No hair products are to be brought to school.
Mobile Phones: IMPORTANT Reminder that children are not be permitted to bring mobile phones to school without prior agreement with the Principal, including a meeting and signed agreement. Phones will be confiscated from any pupil in possession of a mobile phone on the school campus,
