Easter Cake Sale
Hope you all enjoyed some cakes at the cake
sale today and thanks to everyone who contributed.
 
Date for your diary:  Saturday 4th May at 6pm there will be a mass in “Celebration of Faith in Newbridge” which will be held St. Conleth’s Church and celebrated by Bishop Denis Nulty.
Swimming tomorrow, Friday 12th April for Ms Byrnes’s 6th class and Mr Howard’s 5th class.

Child Protection. The Board of Management reviewed our Child Safeguarding Statement and our Risk Assessment at its recent meeting. These documents are available to view on the school website and will be reviewed at the next Parents Association meeting which will be held on Tuesday evening 14th May at 8pm. You are invited to attend and we would welcome your input at our meeting.
Congratulations to 2nd Class on receiving their First Penance this week. They are busy preparing for their First Holy Communion which take place on Saturday 18th May
 
School Uniform Sale
The School Uniform Sale will take place in the school on Thursday and Friday 9th and 10th of May from 12.00noon to 4pm. All items will be 10% less than the shop price on those dates.

Dear Parents/Guardians 
 
General Purpose fee all fees should be paid at this stage.  If you have not paid GP fee or have difficulty paying it please make contact with the school. Thank you.
Swimming tomorrow, Friday 5th April for Ms Byrnes’s 6th class and Mr Howard’s 5th class. The cost of the swimming for your child is €30 for 6 sessions, which includes transport. This amount must be paid in full by sending it into the class teacher or paid online through Aladdin. If you have difficulty with payment please contact the office.

Our Easter Cake Sale will take place on Thursday next week 11th April from 9.30am to 1.30pm. Parents are asked to bake buns/cakes and bring them to the small hall through the side entrance in the school. Parents are welcome to drop into the cake sale between 9.30-1.30pm. Don’t forget to give your child money to purchase cakes too! Please also put your child’s name on the container and remind them to collect it at the end of the day before going home.
Any parents association members available to help out at the cake sale, contact a member of the PA on the Whats App group or let Grace Goulding know in the school.
