A belated congratulations to our final star of the week from before Christmas break. We were in such a state of excitement that we didn't even get a chance to take a picture before the break but caught up with it this week. Congratulations for all of the hard work, excellent contributions towards our class discussions and doing your best always!!

Some pictures from Halloween which I recently found again on our camera. We made masks and have some before and after shots attached. We also dressed up on the last day before holidays and some pictures are included.
As part of our work for Science Week we were asked to work on projects or experiments/investigations. Some of the class completed interesting projects about famous scientists such as Marie Curie, Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Rosalind Franklin and Irish scientists like Francis Beaufort. While others carried out a range of investigations and experiments and recorded their expectations, how they did it and eventual results. We also built some boats made from recycled materials and checked if they were able to float or not. Congratulations to everyone for putting in such an amazing effort!
Check our the rap we wrote and performed for Ms. Duggan before she left. We wish her all the best in her retirement.

Check out some of the amazing art work produced by our class so far this year. We took inspiration from Picasso and his cubism style and created unusual self portraits as well as drawing regular self portraits for our welcome poster. We also took inspiration from Andy Warhol and his pop art style and made prints inspired by his work.
