Covid-19 Information
Entrance & Exit Routines
In order to limit the health and safety risk at the main school gate as vehicles enter and exit the school grounds, all pupils walking or cycling to school may now enter through their nearest gate in the morning.
Staff will be in situ from 8:40-8:50 a.m. to guide pupils, parents are asked to please help their child/ children to be on time for school. The school day will officially begin at 8:50am. Pupils should enter the school grounds on their own, this is to ensure that staff can see pupils clearly and guide them to their respective route. The drop off zone is now also in full operation in the morning time. A reminder that the set down area outside the front door of the school is for our SEN pupils only and requires a parking permit. All other vehicles are asked to use the drop off zone outside the main school hall. Pat and I will be on hand to open doors and guide pupils.
Parents are asked to remain in their cars and to keep traffic moving. There may be further tweaks to the routine over the coming days but we are delighted to have one time of entry for all pupils and staff.
Thank you to our dedicated staff for their support as we ensure that a safe plan is in place for all members of our school community
